Margaret Rose is a lovely example of correct Poodle breed type, with beautiful springy movement and carriage.
Her bidable, eager to please personality, added to her physical correctness,enabled her to quickly complete her Canadian and American Championships.
One highlight of Margaret Rose’s show career was her American debut win of Best Bred By Exhibitor in Specialty Show,in San Diego CA, under breeder/judge Andrena Brunotte.
As enjoyable as showing was for Margaret Rose,and I , her best “job” ever, is Pet Visitation. She became certified for Pet
Therapy by St. John Ambulance, in 2007.
We visit several units at the Hospital, at least once a week.
Margaret Rose’s rock solid temperament and beautiful spirit shine through , whether she is greeting toddlers in the hallways, or being cuddled on a patient’s bed.
In 2008, Margaret Rose became a St. John Ambulance Children’sTherapy Dog and we became the first Pet Therapy team to visit Pediatics at Red Deer Regional Hospital.
In 2009, Margaret Rose gave birth to 4 beautiful puppies. She is a wonderful mother
